Zoom’s API allows up to 100 webinar create or update requests per host each UTC day. The current budget appears at the top right.

Reverse schedule

Choose when Zoom should send its standard reminder. The app calculates session times, creates webinars, registers the uploaded attendees, and verifies before reporting success.

Zoom capacity check

Connect your Zoom account and load host capacity before creating a schedule.

Zoom sends reminders at fixed offsets of 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week. If more than one webinar is needed, this single host’s webinars must be staggered, so later reminders arrive after your requested time. The preview shows the exact times.

Reverse schedules

Only schedules verified against Zoom and attendee registrations are marked verified.
